Deep inside a WWII bunker in Malles, Venosta in South Tyrol, Italy, a sculpture made of simple wooden slats was created within a week.
Without precise instructions, the slats was cut, sanded and screwed to create an idealised version of a speed boat.
Visitors come upon the installation completely out of context, after wandering through long, dark corridors and down stairs to an underground hall where the sculpture was built.

Far away from the water, on a mountain, in a bunker—a boat.
